The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a program operated by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) that provides discounts on monthly broadband Internet access service. The ACP monthly service discount is non-transferable.  An eligible household is limited to one monthly service discount. The Affordable Connectivity Program benefits may be obtained from any participating provider of your choosing and you may transfer your service benefit to another provider at any time.
