Who we are
Internet WiFi Specials is a comparison and referral service. We are not an internet service provider. We do not own or operate any network, we do not install service, and we do not bill you. When you choose a plan, your service agreement is with the provider, not with us.
Using this site
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract for internet service.
- The details you give us — particularly your name, phone number and service address — must be accurate and your own.
- You may not use this site to submit other people’s information without their permission.
- You may not scrape, copy or republish our content, or attempt to interfere with the site.
About the pricing and availability we show
Provider pricing, speeds, promotions and coverage change constantly and vary street by street. Everything shown on this site is indicative, and none of it is an offer or a guarantee. The only figure that is binding is the one the provider quotes for your specific address at the time you order.
Promotional prices are typically introductory, apply for a limited term, and may exclude taxes, equipment rental, installation and other fees. Providers may require a credit check, a contract, autopay, or bundling to honour an advertised rate.
We check our information regularly, but we cannot promise it is complete, current or error-free. If what we showed you does not match what the provider offers, the provider’s terms win.
How we are paid
We receive a commission from providers when a customer signs up through us. This costs you nothing and does not change the price you pay. It does mean we have a commercial relationship with the providers we list, and that the set of providers we show is limited to those we work with rather than every provider in existence.
Contacting you
When you submit the availability form you are asking us to get in touch about internet service at that address, and you agree we may contact you by phone, text or email, including at a mobile number and using automated dialling technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time by telling us, or by replying STOP to any text. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Our content
The text, design and code of this site belong to us. Provider names and logos belong to those providers and are used to identify their services. Their appearance here does not imply they endorse us beyond any reseller or referral agreement in place.
Limits on our responsibility
This site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, from information shown on it, or from any dealings with a provider. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Any dispute with a provider about service, installation or billing is between you and that provider.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
Governing law
Add the state whose law governs these terms and where disputes will be handled. Your lawyer should confirm this, and whether you want an arbitration clause.
