What we do
Internet availability is decided street by street. Two neighbours can have completely different options, and the plan advertised nationally is often not the plan you can actually get. That gap is the reason we exist.
- We check which providers serve your specific address, not just your ZIP code.
- We compare speeds, pricing, contract terms and equipment fees side by side.
- We pass along promotional offers that are not always listed on the providers’ own sites.
- We stay on the line until you are connected, and we are reachable afterwards.
What it costs you
Nothing. Searching, comparing and ordering through us is free, and we never add a fee to your bill. When you sign up with a provider, that provider pays us a commission. The price you pay is the same as going direct.
We think it is worth being plain about that, because it explains our incentives: we are paid when you connect, so we would rather put you on a plan you keep than one you cancel in two months.
What we will not do
- We do not sell your information. Your details go to the provider you choose, and nowhere else. Searching by ZIP code shares nothing at all.
- We do not quote prices we cannot honour. If something has changed by the time we check your address, we tell you before you order.
- We do not keep calling. Ask us to stop and we stop.

Comparison tools are useful right up until you have a question they cannot answer. If you would rather just ask someone, call 1-848-800-6610, Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm HST. A real person picks up, and they can look up your address while you are on the line.
